The absolute best way to deal with insomnia is to remain out of your bed for as long as you can. The human brain builds up a hunger for sleeping as you stay active. If you go to bed far sooner and earlier, it isn’t going to have a chance to develop that hunger for rest and sleep. Instead you need to work to be conscious and active.
